Only move to make is find others to perform u dirty little job like seeking minions build and never to put anymore cash in this game becouse u have no idea what tommorow brings or better say and what will be nerf tommorow
Not impressed with RotP changes... I mean RF was hot garbage until Scorching Ray became a thing and just recently with Trickster buff and MoM interaction introduced RF became widely used (still much less popular as back within the day with POE Trade old Kaom's Heart). This change seems unnecessary, and reasoning doesn't be the better choice.
I'd go for ANY OTHER SHIELD providing 8% max res than POE Items RotP providing 5%. Life regeneration buff is meaningless and simply base own life is somewhat ok. If that you do not want individuals to achieve such high max res no less than give them additional options. A good start will be bringing back 20% less DoT Leo craft that had been butchered last update...
